Had the Brown Sugar Milk Foam Oolong Tea, with added pearls. First time that I remember trying Oolong, and honestly, I could become used to it. Nice drink. Can order either at the counter, or through one of the two Ordering Machines. For future visitors, one of the Card Machines is cracked, but it should still work.

Tried taro milk tea. 100% and even 50% sugar was too sweet. I will try lesser shgar to see if there is any difference. Didn't like it because of over sweetness

got a brown sugar milk tea, 100% sweetness, 100% ice with pearl boba. the boba’s texture is perfect, soft and hot too chewy, their size is perfect too. definitely recommend their pearl boba

Fantastic drinks ...Great sizes too. I opted for the brown sugar boba milks which is a top seller and also the strawberry milk tea which was so refreshing. Staff provided fast services and I will definitely be visiting again. Gong Cha has been on my list to visit for ages so I'm glad I had a chance to go and check out their menu.

The first time I was here was a weekday evening, service was good, drink was also good. The second time was on a weekend where it gets busier. Very disappointed with the service, although busy but there were times I’ve noticed one of the staff was not particularly busy (sort of hanging around, chatting etc) whilst the other two were making drinks. No staff could bother telling customer to order on the kiosk / no counter order available nor any signs telling customer to do so. A few other customers were queuing the same time only to find to have to “re-queue” for the kiosk to order. Staff only ask customers that have order to wait on the other side. Whilst I understand that you are busy but customers time are valuable too. I’m sure if you have made it clear we would have been more than happy to comply. Please improve this. I’m looking at the reviews and it looks like this is not the first time it happens! It’s such a let down for a good drink!

The drinks were great. I didn’t opt for a milk or boba tea because I’m very picky but I knew they couldn’t go wrong with a slushie so that’s what I got. The menu is very precise, allowing you to pick a sugar & ice level. My first time going but won’t be the last.

Nice quality of brewed tea and milk tea from what I've tried recently, Strawberry Milk Green Tea, Earl Grey Milk, Mango Green Tea. They all taste pretty good. It's fair to say Gong Cha has been consistently offering delicious and accurate flavours, I am happy for what I hoped for, thanks~

The queue was long, it extended outside of their store. Talk about a very good location, also gongcha is well known for serving lovely milk tea. I had matcha milk tea with egg pudding and it did not disappoint. No ice as it was already freezing outside. 😅 They were very efficient, we did not wait that long to have our drinks prepared.
